At the co-design stage, we develop each project in synergy with the client. This allows us to improve product performance and optimize the entire process. We use advanced modeling and simulation software, such as Catia and Moldflow.

Construction and molding: the value of the integrated supply chain
Another hallmark of the Meccanostampi method is complete control over all stages of the production process. We make injection molds for plastics in-house, thanks to a highly automated and digitized department. From milling, to erosion, to final assembly, every detail is handled with rigor and precision.
In the stamping department, 140 presses operating 24/24 ensure continuity, efficiency and quality even for large-scale production. The digital supervision system and real-time quality controls ensure reliability and traceability, which are essential for sectors with high technical demands.
