In 2026, this journey continues with new events, new faces, and the same underlying principle: to be present where the community is building its future. <\/p>\n\n One of the most important aspects of this initiative is our engagement with schools.<\/p>\n\n On January 14, Meccanostampi participated in Orientafuturo<\/strong>, an initiative organized by the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria Belluno to bring businesses and high school students together.<\/p>\n\n Two days of in-depth discussion, designed to explore what it means to work in a manufacturing company today: processes, skills, and technological choices, as well as responsibility, collaboration, and vision.<\/p>\n\n For Meccanostampi, participating in initiatives like this means opening up its production environment to students and demonstrating that modern industry is not a distant or static world. It is a place where technology, methodology, and technical expertise come together every day. A place where solutions are designed, real-world problems are tackled, professional skills are learned, and career paths are forged. <\/p>\n\n Guiding doesn’t mean convincing. It means providing the tools to make more informed choices. <\/p>\n\n Every young woman and young man who enters the industrial world brings with them questions, curiosity, and expectations. This fresh perspective also challenges the company, as it forces it to communicate clearly and shed light on aspects that often remain implicit in day-to-day production. <\/p>\n\n On January 27, Meccanostampi also participated in the Speed Date event organized in collaboration with Randstad<\/strong>, a direct opportunity for schools and businesses to connect.<\/p>\n\n Our colleagues Paolo Paniz and Asja Celato spoke with over 30 students from various schools in the Feltre area. It wasn\u2019t a formal presentation, but rather an informal exchange: questions, curiosity, and expectations regarding technical and industrial careers. <\/p>\n\n In contexts like this, the world of work becomes less abstract. It means helping people understand that behind every technical role lie training, responsibility, a systematic approach, the ability to collaborate, and opportunities for growth. <\/p>\n\n It is the same principle that guided the initiatives we discussed last year: taking the company beyond its walls, or opening the company up to those who are building their own future. Two different but complementary approaches. In both cases, the goal is to bridge the gap between schools and industry. <\/p>\n\n On January 28, 2026, Meccanostampi delivered an interactive whiteboard to the Dino Buzzati Middle School in Limana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n The donation stems from a special initiative marking the company\u2019s 60th anniversary. On that occasion, Meccanostampi chose to honor its founder, Ludovico Trevisson, with a gift that was a little out of the ordinary: not a personal item, but a contribution to the community. <\/p>\n\n This commitment led to the decision to equip the school with a modern tool designed to become an integral part of daily classroom life and the students\u2019 educational journey.<\/p>\n\n An interactive whiteboard is more than just a piece of technology. It is a tool used every day to support lessons, explanations, exercises, and questions. It provides tangible support for teachers in their work and for students in their learning journey. <\/p>\n\n In this way, a celebratory occasion has been transformed into something useful and lasting. It is a gesture that lives on within the school\u2014precisely in the place where skills, study habits, and awareness are developed. <\/p>\n\n The company\u2019s engagement with the education sector continued on April 30, when Meccanostampi welcomed third-year students fromIIS Brustolon<\/strong> to its plant.<\/p>\n\n When you step inside the factory, everything becomes clearer. Words like \u201cindustry,\u201d \u201ctechnology,\u201d and \u201cprocess\u201d cease to be abstract concepts and take shape amid the departments, people, tools, and details that make all the difference. <\/p>\n\n During the visit, the students got a first-hand look at how projects are developed, how teams work together, and how different skills come together on a daily basis: from design to production, from mold construction to quality control.<\/p>\n\n For Meccanostampi, opening the company\u2019s doors means fostering a more practical approach. Personal growth\u2014especially for young people\u2014doesn\u2019t begin on the first day of work. It starts earlier, through experiences that help identify aptitudes, interests, and opportunities. <\/p>\n\n The students\u2019 questions, their enthusiasm, and their curiosity remind us why these moments are important. Because the interaction between schools and businesses is never one-sided: visitors learn about the company, but the company also learns from those seeing it for the first time. <\/p>\n\n On May 12, at Longarone Fiere, Meccanostampi participated in Carriera 360\u00b0<\/strong>, a career guidance event organized by the Belluno Youth Council to build a concrete bridge between high school students and the workforce.<\/p>\n\n The transition from student to professional isn’t an overnight change. It’s a journey. <\/p>\n\n Initiatives like Career 360\u00b0 give young people the opportunity to explore companies, professions, experiences, and educational opportunities. They help students understand that a career is not a single destination, but a series of paths that are built gradually through learning, discussion, and informed decisions. <\/p>\n\n For Meccanostampi, staying focused also means listening. The younger generations bring different questions, different expectations, and a different perspective on work, technology, and the future. It also extends to sports, fields, trails, and events that bring together families, young people, organizations, and volunteers. <\/p>\n\n On May 1, the 38th edition of the Champions Pulcini<\/strong> tournament, organized by Dolomiti Bellunesi, took place in Feltre. The event brought together 650 children from 41 international teams. <\/p>\n\n These were two days in which the result was important, but it wasn\u2019t everything. There was fair play, inclusion, and the chance to gain valuable life lessons through sports. There was also the scholarship named after Mauro De Menech, serving as a reminder that a tournament can foster values that extend far beyond the field. <\/p>\n\n For Meccanostampi, supporting initiatives like this is a natural choice. Because that\u2019s one of the ways we build our community: by standing alongside those who work every day\u2014often as volunteers\u2014to offer young people experiences that teach collaboration, respect, dedication, and a sense of belonging. <\/p>\n\n Sports teach things that no classroom can teach on its own. And a community that invests in its young people is a community that looks to the future. <\/p>\n\n This same spirit is also evident in initiatives such as Run4School<\/strong><\/a> and La Velenosa<\/strong><\/a>, which over the years have become important opportunities for participation and community building.<\/p>\n\n Run4School highlights the value of a simple yet meaningful initiative: families, schools, organizations, and the local community coming together around a shared goal. It is a sporting event, but also a collective effort in support of education. <\/p>\n\n La Velenosa, on the other hand, brings this same sense of community to the trails and the great outdoors. It is an event that brings together sports, the local area, passion, and volunteerism, transforming the mountains into a place for connection and a sense of belonging. <\/p>\n\n These are different events, but they share a common thread: the ability to bring people together. Athletes, children, families, schools, organizations, businesses, and volunteers. Everyone is part of a shared experience, where the local community is not just the backdrop, but the true star of the show. <\/p>\n\n All of these initiatives convey a simple idea: the company is part of the community.<\/p>\n\n Not only because it provides jobs and generates economic value, but because it can help create opportunities, relationships, and resources.
