1965-2025.<\/strong> Sixty years ago, in Limana, Ludovico Trevisson started a workshop dedicated to the construction of precision molds. Today, Meccanostampi is an internationally recognized entity in mold design and construction<\/strong> and technopolymer molding<\/strong>, with an integrated supply chain that combines co-design, engineering, production and post-molding services. <\/p>\n\n

The 60th anniversary was the occasion for an open day<\/strong> reserved for employees and their families: more than 700 participants<\/strong> accompanied in small groups to discover production processes, new plants and the “way of working” that characterizes the company. A simple gesture with a strong meaning: putting people at the center<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

A story of vision, continuity and growth<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n

Over the years, our company has moved from mold making alone to theintegration of injection molding<\/strong> and the widespread adoption of automation<\/strong> and digitalization<\/strong>. This evolutionary continuity has consolidated an industrial model that combines technical rigor<\/strong> and listening to the customer<\/strong>, translating needs into customized solutions. <\/p>\n\n

Today Meccanostampi operates with 4 plants<\/strong>, more than 140 presses<\/strong>, 25,000 m\u00b2<\/strong> covered and about 250 employees<\/strong> committed every day to transforming ideas into reliable products. In 2024<\/strong>, turnover reached about 42 million euros<\/strong>, with an export<\/strong> share of 42%<\/strong>: numbers that photograph a solid structure and a constantly strengthening international positioning. <\/p>\n\n

Meccanostampi promotes a work environment based on trust, safety and skill development<\/strong>, with training courses and a concrete focus on work-life balance<\/strong>, recognized by Family Audit certification<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Good feedback from RLSs<\/strong> (Workers’ Safety Representatives) during audits testifies to a shared culture of prevention<\/strong> and a participatory corporate climate. <\/p>\n\n

    Sustainability<\/strong> is an integral part of Meccanostampi’s way of operating. Maintenance audits have confirmed ISO 14001<\/strong> (environmental management) and ISO 45001<\/strong> (health and safety), recognizing availability and updating of documentation<\/strong>, competence, cooperation and transparency<\/strong> of the staff involved, and dedicated investments<\/strong> (from the progressive replacement of machines<\/strong> to theinstallation of photovoltaics<\/strong>). At the ESG level, the company has achieved an “A” Synesgy rating<\/strong> (CRIF Ratings methodology), consistent with international reporting standards. It has also been publishing its Sustainability Report for the past 2 years. <\/p>\n\n
